Community Anti-Drug Coalitions Across Tennessee (CADCAT)


Purpose:

CADCAT will support coalitions in creating a drug free Tennessee by building skills, knowledge and resources. 

Strategies:

1.  Building the number of coalitions dedicated to reducing substance abuse and addication.

2.  Increasing the quality of Tennessee's anti-drug coalitions

3.  Increasing the understanding of problems related to substance abuse and addiction and options to reduce those problems
