Community Anti-Drug Coalitions Across Tennessee (CADCAT)

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions Across Tennessee (CADCAT) is a nonprofit organization that was developed though a collaborative of grassroots groups and the State of Tennessee Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services in 1999 to bring together community coalitions throughout the state and assist them with implementing promising strategies and policies to promote a drug-free Tennessee. CADCAT has assisted communities throughout the State of Tennessee since its inception and now has established over 60 anti-drug coalitions across the state. CADCAT serves these coalitions primarily by helping them build the capacity in their community and through training and technical assistance to assist these coalitions with their efforts to reduce alcohol and drug abuse.
